Vendor Terms and Conditions - Zyntreo These terms govern vendor/business use of the Zyntreo WhatsApp Business API Platform. 1. Vendor Registration Vendors must register with valid business details. Zyntreo reserves the right to verify the information provided. 2. WhatsApp Compliance Vendors must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy. Message templates must be Meta-approved. 3. Message Usage Quotas are per subscription plan. Unused messages do not carry over. Message delivery depends on WhatsApp infrastructure and related third-party services. 4. API Usage API access is provided according to the selected plan. Rate limits may apply. API credentials and access keys must be kept confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized persons. 5. Data Handling Vendors must obtain proper consent from contacts before sending messages. Vendors must comply with applicable Indian data protection and privacy laws. Account credentials must be kept secure. 6. Billing Monthly subscription fees apply according to the selected plan. Additional WhatsApp conversation or usage charges may apply where applicable. Invoices are generated automatically through the platform. 7. Support Support is available via email and WhatsApp. Priority support may be available for Professional and Enterprise plans. 8. Account Suspension Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, non-payment, spam, unsolicited messaging, abuse, fraud, or harmful activity. 9.
